One of my favorite meals that holds a special place in my heart is the poke bowl. A poke bowl is a traditional Hawaiian dish that typically consists of diced raw fish, usually tuna or salmon, served over a bed of rice and topped with a variety of fresh vegetables, sauces, and seasonings.  I usually take the chicken as protein because I have troubles eating raw food (except when we talk about sushis of course !). I then like to try different toppings but I'll always have avocado and sesame seeds. The reason poke bowls have a special place in my food life is not only because of their tastiness, but also because they hold sentimental value. Whenever I visit my sister, we make it a point to enjoy one of these delightful bowls together. It has become our tradition, and is now linked to the memories of our time together. Hi everybody, some of you guys have been wondering about myself so here it goes ! My name is Colomba and I´m 21 yo.  I normally leave in France, Paris to be precise but I am currently doing a year in Chile for my stydies. I have been living in Santiago for aprox 9 months and enjoyed every bit of that time. Discovering a new lifestyle, traveling a lot and meeting people is something I really find amazing. I´m in my fourth year of architecture stydies, three down and one more to go! Those are good studies, interesting and exciting but also very challenging... and expensive ;) About my free time, I love spending time with my friends and family, go out to have a few drinks or a coffee but also live for staying at home with a book and some music to listen to. On top of that I am a foody so cooking and tasting new stuff are for sure a pleasure! Feel free to talk about yourselves in the comments !
