My favorite food
One of my favorite meals that holds a special place in my heart is the poke bowl. A poke bowl is a traditional Hawaiian dish that typically consists of diced raw fish, usually tuna or salmon, served over a bed of rice and topped with a variety of fresh vegetables, sauces, and seasonings.
I usually take the chicken as protein because I have troubles eating raw food (except when we talk about sushis of course !). I then like to try different toppings but I'll always have avocado and sesame seeds.
The reason poke bowls have a special place in my food life is not only because of their tastiness, but also because they hold sentimental value. Whenever I visit my sister, we make it a point to enjoy one of these delightful bowls together. It has become our tradition, and is now linked to the memories of our time together. Moreover, I love trying new things and this dish is perfect for new and original food compositions.
From a health perspective, poke bowls can be a nutritious option. The inclusion of raw fish provides a good source of lean protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for heart health. The variety of fresh vegetables adds fiber, vitamins, and minerals to the meal. However, as every meal or type of food, it's important to be mindful of portion sizes and the content of what you're adding to the bowl.
If you already tried poke bowl, I hope you loved it,
If you did not, go and try it !!

The poke bowl sounds and looks delicious, I hope to eat it someday. It's nice that a dish unites you with your family and brings back good memories.
